Bree’s baby shower is a little over a week away and I have been more productive on getting all the baby items completed early. As I promised you guys, here is the other baby craft. Here is what we are going to be making today!

Family, Handmade, Teaching Strategies No Comments
Kalyssa has been learning a lot of things here lately. She knows her ABC’s, can count to 40, knows her colors, and etc. She has also been doing great with being successful with her potty training. She has been potty trained for months now and has not had many accidents. Honestly, there is only 1 that I am aware of. She is starting to get into the whole brushing her teeth. However, due to the fact that she is still young, she does not brush as much as I would like her to. So, knowing the sticker chart worked to get her potty trained, I decided to make a tooth chart and reward her with stickers in order to encourage frequent teeth brushing.
I just made her a tooth chart. I know it is not the greatest (I am not a good artist), but I am sure it will help her out

My little monkey has a favorite movie that she has to watch daily. She is totally into watching Ice Age. Kalyssa is so into this movie because she is obsessed with elephants. She has actually watched Ice Age 1 and 2 so many times that she is starting to recite lines. One of her favorites is from the first movie. This line comes when Manny, Sid, and Diego are trying to figure out what is making the baby unhappy. This is where Diego tries to pay peek-a-boo with the baby. The actual line goes something like this:
DIEGO: Where’s the baby???????
DIEGO: There he is!!!!!!
Kalyssa repeats these lines over and over and over again. Each time she says them differently, but they still get us to laugh
We are now looking forwards to the new Ice Age coming out next Tuesday. After seeing the trailer, I know she will love this movie just as much as the other two!
